Welcome

Are you aware of how resilient you are? Do you know that we all have this innate capacity to move through any challenge or circumstance? Get in touch and we can explore together how we operate as humans and how much freedom we have at our disposal.

About me

I am a single woman in her 60’s living on the west coast of Canada on beautiful Vancouver Island. I am captivated and enchanted with living in and around nature. I find it to be the perfect medicine for living in this crazy modern world.

Apart from spending lots of time in nature, I also enjoy cooking, reading, listening to podcasts, painting and colouring.

I am a published writer, trained and certified life coach, group facilitator and spiritual mentor.

I am also a mother. I see my biggest and most meaningful accolade is having carried and given birth to three amazing human beings.

My three sons Ollie, Elliot and Austin are my utmost pride and joy and I am eternally grateful for the gift of motherhood.

What I do

I am called to share, write, coach, mentor and talk about how powerful we are.

Most people innocently believe that circumstances, people and events outside of ourselves are to blame for how they feel and experience life. When in fact it is our thinking about our circumstances that directly correlate with how we feel.

Thoughts create feelings 100% of the time.

How we experience life is an inside job.

I started my coaching/mentoring journey by being of service to women who struggled with recovering from the emotional impact of divorce. In particular those women who may not have wanted the divorce in the first place and didn’t see it coming. The shock of it can be traumatic. I can help to point you to a way out of the darkness and back into a meaningful life again. You may have forgotten how powerful you are and that you have choices that you might not see. I can help you to experience freedom once again. I continue to do this work today on a one to one basis.

I also have a new area of work in that I help to support families find guidance on the end of life journey for their loved one.

I can provide space to explore the meaning of life for your loved one. We can look at love and forgiveness in a more open and non judgmental and relaxed setting. I can help to formulate a legacy and record thoughts and words that might help with healing as they approach and move through the end of life process.

I had an extraordinary Near Death Experience (NDE) when I was in my 20’s. I can share that experience and other spiritual experiences I’ve had that will give hope and peace around death and dying.

I currently work in a long term care facility in Victoria and am honored to be in a position to talk to some of the residents openly about end of life care if they choose to.

I am currently training to get certification as an End of Life Practitioner. I am also a member of the British Columbia Hospice Palliative Care Association (BCHPC).
